Manager/Associate

Computer Helpers is looking for an associate technician with the potential to become the company manager.

The successful candidate will have:

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in the English language being able to work in a friendly and respectful way with high-end residential and small-business clients

-Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills on standalone PCs and peer-to-peer networks including solid Internet and email knowledge as well as a thorough understanding of data and PC security

-an excellent ability to work independently in clients home and offices while resolving billing and other conflicts

-Sales and marketing skills to take advantage of business opportunities

-knowledge of downtown Toronto and Canadian business practices
